Assemble evidence for a dispute. This tool generates a JSON summary and a proof card, then bundles them into a JSON you can download (for archiving/internal workflows). Courts/police may reject JSON — use Court Mode outputs (Evidence Sheet PDF + PNG + ERF JSON). No external calls are made except an optional verify lookup. Works offline with missing evidence annotations when network is unavailable.
