Third-party conformance (guidance)
This page explains how a third party can publish compatibility evidence without claiming official certification or legal outcomes.
Evidence lock (required for PASS/PARTIAL/FAIL)
- RunID (unique run identifier)
- Vector set (which test vectors were used)
- Summary hash (hash of the evidence summary)
Without these, status must remain DECLARED/UNVERIFIED.
Allowed claims
- "Compatible with ERF verify"
- "Verified signatures successfully"
- "Supports PDF/PNG/JSON outputs"
Forbidden claims
- "Court accepted" / "official partner" / "guaranteed outcomes"
- Identity or truth verification claims
